Have a question before you book? We’re happy to help you find the right theme, picture your space or plan a few special extras. Send us a note and tell us your preferred date, your town and roughly how many campers you’re planning for.
We can’t wait! Here’s everything you need to get ready, so party day is easy and fun.
- Clear a comfortable space: about 5 ft × 5 ft per tent, plus walkways. Indoors only.
- Move furniture and personal belongings out of the setup area, and give the floor a quick tidy.
- Make sure there’s an easy-to-reach outlet near the setup.
- Tuck pets safely in another room, or a crate, while we set up and pick up.
- Have a responsible adult (21 or older) home to let us in and supervise the party.
- Tell us about stairs, gate codes and parking.
We arrive at your confirmed setup time, set up and style everything (about 1.5 hours for a six-camper party, plus about 15 minutes per extra tent), and walk you through it, all before your guests arrive. You host the fun! We come back the next day between 10 am and 2 pm to pack it all away, which takes about 30 minutes.
Order name plates, invitations, favor bags, PJ sets and thank-you notes at least 10 days before your party.
If someone is sick or the weather is rough, let us know as early as you can and we’ll work with you on a new date, subject to availability.
