How Booking Works

Save Your Date
Select your celebration date and explore available themes. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, with a minimum of seven days' notice.

Make It Official
A 50% non-refundable booking retainer secures your reservation. Once your date is reserved, we set aside your rental collection and availability just for you.

Take Care of the Details
Your remaining balance is due seven days before your celebration, and we'll send you a friendly reminder before it's time.
Booking seven days or fewer before your celebration? Payment in full is required at checkout.

You're on the Calendar!
Review and sign our rental agreement at checkout, and your reservation is complete. We'll be in touch to gather the final details needed to prepare your beautifully styled setup.
And don't worry, you won't need every guest's name to get started!
A Few Things to Know
Making room for a little magic.
Give Your Campers Some Space
Plan for approximately 5 feet by 5 feet of clear floor space per tent, plus additional room for walkways and our signature campfire-inspired gathering area.
All Happy Camper experiences are designed exclusively for indoor use.
Adding Personalized Touches?
Custom invitations, keepsakes, and other personalized extras must be ordered at least 10 days before your celebration to allow time for design and preparation.
Celebrating Around a Holiday?
We take a little time off for certain holidays. If your scheduled pickup falls on a day we’re closed, we’ll return on our next available business day.
These reservations are booked as two-night experiences, with the additional night charged at your package rate. Delivery and personalized items are charged only once, and all applicable charges will be displayed before checkout.
